Sometimes we all experience rough times in our lives. These could be on a personal level, or from our work, or something else. When we hit times like this it's very easy to sit back and say this is at fault or that is to blame. I know, I have done it.

What I have found is a better way for me to deal with it, is to try and step back emotionally from the situation and see what is really being reflected for me.

The Universe, God or whatever is…

Cut my skin and see my blood flow, is it not the same colour as yours? Could you tell what nationality or religion I am just by seeing my blood?

Under this skin, is my skeleton, can you tell by seeing my skeleton what gender I am, what my sexual orientation…

As I crawl into the meandering lane ways inside my mind I ponder on wisdom of ancients.

I wander around ideas and sounds and chatter and visions. Wandering lazily in my own dream time.

I hear the noise outside of me, talking, shouting, blaring music, TV, dogs bark. I crawl deeper and deeper inside to look and see what I can see, what I can feel, who I can feel.

The one person we all have to face sometimes is the hardest one to truly look at - ourselves, our True Self!

The more I look at the popular media in all it's various forms, the more my heart despairs of humanity. More and more people truly think these are the truths they are being told.

The media only follows the biggest agenda at the time and is created to instill fear and divisions between us. I will keep restating this, as the more we realise that we are just pawns if we blindly follow the media, a flag, a nationality.

We can do this in so many ways! We can allow people to make decisions for us, we can allow others to dictate where we can or cannot go. We can allow others to take responsibility for things, instead of doing it ourselves.

On this little journey we are on called 'Life', we have absolute joys that lift our spirits, and then we also have shit that happens that can shake our core. We always have a choice to accept these things and sink under the weight of them, or we can allow ourselves time to come to terms with things and then pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and continue to live another day.

So many people today want to have details, all the nitty gritty answers to a question they may have. One thing life has taught me in a big way, is not to sweat the small stuff!

As I sit outside my office having my lunch, the sun shines, the sky clear and I listen to the sounds of the city.  The distant constant hum of city sounds that all cities have.  An alarm going off be it a car or a business.  A drill from the nearby car shop going.  Car horns, engines and brakes screeching as they do when its been a long dusty spell.

One thing I am noticing is that many people are becoming insular. Its becoming all about me and sod the world. As the way of Universal balance, there is also the movement to calling for change.

I have been working with a healer lately and helping follow up and support those he is working with. The odd thing is that while many have genuine issues they are facing, once things settle again, they rarely ask me how either I am doing or the healer. Its become all about them…

A year passes tomorrow (10th May) since our little sister M left us.  Now she dances through the Temple Halls singing and laughing as she goes.  She dances among the stars.

I posted some pictures that M posted while she was here with us and as I looked through her pictures, looking at the comments we shared, the laughter and fun, I realised how hard it was to choose which ones to re-post for her anniversary.  I tried to pick ones that showed different aspects of her and those here…

As things are balancing again and the Divine Feminine is coming back to hold that balance, women especially are going to feel and experience things both physically and emotionally.

Remember, this is not always you, it may be what is being globally.

Allow things to flow through your body, allow the body to feel as it needs to, remembering it will pass.

One thing I have learned of late is about 'changing the script'. 

If something is repeatedly recurring in your life and falls into the same pattern, there is usually a reason for it to be so. It could be that finances are stretched leading to difficulties, relationships go on that merry go round of issues as we all know they can do.....whatever it may be, then there is a lesson to be learned that we are not learning.

When we have had people in our lives who have hurt us or done things in the past to cause us to question who we are, its very easy to go down the road of hate and vengeance.  Often times the people who have done the damage have continued on without giving the pain they caused us a second thought and yet we choose to go into victim or 'martyr mode' and carry the pain around with us.

This applies to anything in life.  We have a choice.  To let it all go and move forward or to remain in…

Right now, so many are feeling alone and isolated.  The energy that has been about since the end of last year has turned us all inside out and upside down and yet we continue.

Why do so?  Because we inherently feel that pull to keep going, to do what we must, to be who we are and why we are here.

For many, this has meant that we feel isolated and alone.  We feel cut off from 'Human Society' for we no longer belong to it in the same way since our awakening.  We cannot tolerate…

Dear friends, I am sorry to let you know our beloved sister M has passed away today.

Her family have given me permission to post this here and let you know. She had, for some time, suffered from a very weak heart and that once she fell into a coma it was just too weak to continue.

M's family asked me to let you all know she honestly delighted in and cherished each friend she made and all the contacts she had with each member, that M found a rich wealth of joy in being their…
