Seeing beyond...

I wish I could paint you a picture

of all that I see.
I wish I could tell you
of the love that abounds.

We, as humans are as
mere grains of sand,
in the vast expanse
that is the Universe.

We obsess over
our little obsessions.
We cry over our little tiffs.
We collect our little possessions
but oh the marvels we forget to see.

We work to gain
more things.
For what? Pleasure?
Pleasure is something
we think we know
but we don't.

To sit and marvel how a bee actually flies.
To watch the explosions of water
as the raindrops hit the ground.
To see a baby gaze at you
and look into your very soul.

To realise we are
so much more than we are.
To see the inner beauty
instead of judging by how someone looks.
This is real.
This is pleasure and joy.

Go look for yourself
and enjoy life to the full.
Go beyond your five senses.
In the fullness of time
we will share life
as it truly was meant
to be experienced.
In real love and peace.
