The Balance is restoring

As things are balancing again and the Divine Feminine is coming back to hold that balance, women especially are going to feel and experience things both physically and emotionally.

Remember, this is not always you, it may be what is being globally.

Allow things to flow through your body, allow the body to feel as it needs to, remembering it will pass.

You may experience 'birthing' pangs, a sense of being overly emotional etc. Look after you and allow yourself time to assimilate these things and allow them to pass through you.

A good mantra a dear friend gave me is "I allow the energy to flow through my body and not to remain there, but to flow back out again".

Go in love, for you are a being of Love.
