I met with the ladies this evening as we usually do on Wednesdays....we were a small group but it warmed my heart to see how they are opening up to new ideas and ways of being.  I have so much admiration and love for them all.

I work in an office and most of my colleagues think of me as a bit of a 'flake'...a harmless one but a 'flake' nonetheless!!
