As my body changes from mother to crone, I am noticing other changes in me.  Apart from the obvious ones we all know, I am also noticing that my sensitivity is increasing to energies around me.  My empath abilities seem to be increasing also.

I find my brain tends to be off doing something more important as I laughingly say if I have my absent-minded moments...and yet, I am aware of it being busy elsewhere on other levels!

One thing about the summer solstice and can apply equally to the winter one....it is a time for endings and new beginnings.  The group of ladies I meet with on Wednesdays for a meditation circle, had a major energy clearing this week. I asked them to do the following exercise to help the higher self deal with, and rid itself of, old issues/feelings.

Many times I have heard/see/felt things and second guessed myself as to if it was imagination or real. This has occurred since I was a child and as a child, I was told it was imagination. As I am no longer a child, is what I am aware of still imagination?
