Oh " how I love to read everyone's poetry" ;}

GRIM  REAPER

Who are you  ~  I ask 

The grim reaper am I, came the reply 

I say "  ~  I'm not dying or dead.  

So you say,   came the reply 

So why have you come this way 

I am surly not done with my life

Though I did not hear a reply 

Out of the silence came a voice

It was not weak ~  it was not low 

And it was not loud  ~

I sat up straight as a pin 

Just so I could take it all in.

So you say ~ came the reply again 

And he went on to say ~

Have you not read the news today 

He said he read it  in the headlines 

On this very day ~ was his reply

There was a car pile- up 

Down on fourth and maine

Licence plate read DOA- today

And I see you sitting in front 

Of me ~  on this very day .  

 So it must be true 

I'm here just for you !

holding you , safe

i am here with you

our bodies an our souls

melting as one.

hidden underneath your arms

i try to stay hidden.

but... you are there edging me

out of my hiding place.

no one gets hurt in our world

i am safe here within your arms.

holding me tight, knowing that now

he cant get to me. safe warm embrace

Oh Emie ~ I called you my friend  ~ 

Though now your spirit rides free ~ 

Blowing through the land. 

Ever free of the burdens of this mortal life ~ 

I feel you everywhere ~ I long to be out there with you hand in hand.

How I cherished your loving kind words you left for me  ~ 

You were always giggles and smiles ~ all the while love's embrace ~ 

let us embrace the light together now and forever ~ 

My sweet precious Emie  how you brought  the light to our days ~

I  see you dancing all around me ~ you were  a wonderful beautiful  dancing light ~ 

that shined through the night ~ you made our lives brighter just knowing you ~ 

May you ride with Gods eternal light now and forever !

      you are there , always there

       waiting for me. when we become

      entwined into each other bodies

       we become one. melting, into one

      another as if time and space stop.

Angel 

 Hello love

I seen you there 

As I was walking through 

And I really must say 

You are the form of true beauty

As I whisper my prayers to God

I whispered for someone like you 

I see Him there in your eyes

If you take that chance on me 

I would fall to my knees for you

We could truly become something

 As the angels whisper in Gods ear

I can see my future in  your eyes

We could be the start of something 

To last us a life time or two 

No doubt there are many who 

Want to get next to you 

I'm also sure you can pick 

And choose whoever you want 

You are classic beauty personified 

Angels were singing as God molded you 

God colored outside the lines this time  

Some would say you are the spark 

That lights up the fires within 

For God must have sent you to bring 

The light with you for all the world to see

I hear the angels sing as I look into your eyes

I could hold you in my heart for a lifetime or two

You are a dream coming into my life just for me

A tall glass of water on a parched throat you are

Can you tell me do you feel as I do ~ can you love me too !

    sometimes i am there

     but others cannot see me

      i see fire and ashes flying

       around.

        i see people arguing and ashese

        flying around so i let them fly

        because i am the only one that holds the sword.

       its done the fire is almost out and ashes have

       softly fell to the ground.

        I tread softly around the broken smiles

       and dirt from the war that we have all created.

        I walk away. they are still holding there swords at me

       pointing them at me. so i just walk on hoping that holding

       my head is little bit higher than before.

        so, i disappear, one with the world.

          Peace will happen . the war is over

          we all have to reconcile in order for

            chaos to end, order to begin.

                       blue clouds, hot sun

                        melt my skin.

                       blue sky, mountains

                      meet together as

                       the vastness is enormous.

                         laying out on a lazy summer afternoon

                          i see that everything around me as

                         sky meets mountains.

                         such a beautiful site as

                          nature , wildlife come alive

                          on these ole summer times.

                        No one is there

                        you call out.

                        Nobody is hearing

                        your calls.

                        so you walk on

                       on and on you walk

                        till your soles of your

                         feet are sore and bloody

                          from worn .

                          they-- see you there

                           coming back.

                           you see them with there pitchforks

                           you are trying to run away from them

                             but they are all around you.

                            there is no where to run and nowhere

                            to hide.

                             one man has you by the neck your hair

                            in his hands. you try to explain to say

                            IT WASNT ME!!! but he can't hear you.

                              so , they come after you . they kill you

                              softly.   then everything you knew and was

                               has ended.
