The light won't hit me the way I wish it would.

It's always too soft or too gentle

Caressing my face and warming my skin from between clouds

I'm very sorry to hear of her death. I hope she did not suffer long.

I would have liked to join that group :) Spirituality in terms of BDSM is a new one for me. But I can see how it would tie into a lot more than just an intimate attraction. And this isn't a view point often discussed, that I have noticed.

The best I can see me getting the closest to a spiritual fetish for me, would be a type of entity communion.

I guess you could say I'm bound by the soul of freedom. Where ever it is strongest, and we are in most unity due to its influence, it guides me to be at peace through the sacrifice of imprisoning emptiness.

I suppose that would depend on how you define "spirit" or "spirituality" for yourself. Some may argue that power exchange or energy exchange are also a spirit/spiritual exchange. There are also those who engage in various aspects of BDSM that center around spiritual objects or concepts such as worship for a general example, or rites of passage which include trials of pain and endurance as a potentially complex one. Then there are those like myself who feel that BDSM and Fetish embodies certain core values which one might hold as a kind of spiritual code for how to behave or live their lives. -shrug- Your self understanding and experiences are your own. No one else can determine it's validity but you.
