BLUE SKY

[Debbie]

Blue is the color 

          of the sky 

   So warm and tender 

Green grow the meadows 

       In the distant rolling hills

 So goes the ocean tides 

    breaking onto the rocks

         There is a place in the                             

                      distant lands

Of fresh spring flowers

Where I used to lay

        in the meadows

To fall fast asleep

Thank you RAIBEART ;} I posted it in response to STEAMBOAT jim's "passion flower" ,,,,  though I wrote it back in 1977;} I have fallen to sleep a few times as I was reading & writing,,You have a great day ok ;}
