Orko's Magick

In case you are unfamiliar, Orko is a fictional character from the Filmation studios production of Masters of the Universe.

One of which uses his power to aid the protagonist He-Man in his adventures in Eternia.. depicted as an impish fairy magic user, his spellcraft often meets with some type of flaw... (for example in the event of an accidental spill, he will cast a spell to conjure cleaning supplies that will somehow malfunction and create a bigger mess) ...... 

As a comedic relief counterpart to the more serious Sorceress in the series... he teaches that... although magick can do many things.... it is often best to accomplish things without the use of magick, because of it's unpredie tctable. 

I firmly believe our spirit guides take a similar nature ..... as well as there being dark spirits  who serve as a bain.
