Healing

 

It's easy to lose yourself in such a big universe.

Easy to forget that each atom and molecule

of you was made with purpose, creativity and pure love.

We are a separate and divine composition, yet part of a cosmic symphony.

Without us, the song is incomplete.

Born to create, we are given brush, palette, canvas, and free will

to manifest heaven or hell.

 

So many lessons along the way,

Resist then surrender, the path to wisdom.

 

Mistakes, or opportunities?

Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference.

The spirit keeps wandering to the past,

testing to see if the pain is still sharp, checking to see how far we've traveled.

We wrestle it back to the present once again, and face the East,

the place of the rising sun and renewal,

to warm our soul in the rays of the morning star.
