- I am rejoining TI after contributing for many years and then taking a leave of absence. Rosey Cross is the dear friend who got me here in the first place.
- Which spiritual path do you follow?

- About Myself & My Interests...
- I am first and foremost devoted to aligning human consciousness with sacred consciousness. After working as a singer and song writer I am moving towards presenting works aloud through my reader's voice. Breath work is the common denominator in all holistic healing and artistry.
- My Teachers & Influences, What was it about them that influenced me?
- Master Mantak Chia taught me Inner Smile, the 5 Element system and all else related to Taoism, the Universal Healing Garden. Damo Mitchell is a recent discovery in the supplemental practices, and he is important for pointing out what not to do as well as what is suggested in a cultivated Qi Gong course. Hatha yoga has led to yin yoga on YouTube in the last in-house years, particularly Aprille Walker. Leonard Orr was my first breath work initiator.
- Authors and/or Books I appreciate:
- The Mysticism of Sound and Music by Hazrat Inayat Khan keeps arising. The mysteries of music as sheer sound,intent, and language form the basis for composition, improvisation and spiritual devotion. From the Mozart Effect to the world of pop music criticism, I keep on reading when I'm not listening!
- Musicians and/or Music I appreciate:
- Classic rock, ambient, jazz, reggae,... all this and more. Currently balancing my old favorites with the huge horizontal width of new music that mixes genres into new hybrids.
- Artists and/or Art I appreciate:
- Mother Nature. Picasso. Mary Cassatt. All the local artists where I live.
