Comment by Brad Grace on May 16, 2019 at 11:30pm: Certainly a different experience. I was a bit of a hippie back in those days. Was there for about 3 or 4 days. Night was turning to day, and day into night, was happy, rightly or wrongly, to get back to normal society.

Comment by Brad Grace on May 15, 2019 at 1:41pm: Went to the Stonehenge free rock festival back in 1984. Saw Nik Turner being carried on someone's shoulders and using a real flame thrower. Felt the blast of hot air coming down when he turned the flame thrower off. Didn't realise who he was until he got on stage and started performing with Hawkwind. Happened to be the only time I went to the festival. It got banned the followed year by Margaret Thatcher's government.
