We've got a place!

We got that place we applied to.  It's a 1 bedroom apartment in South Sacramento.  It's out of the way, but affordable, and we can have Tangey with us.  We both want to thank those of you who did magick to get us a new place.  Now please turn your magickal talents to finding Stephen Abbott a place.  He's getting a place by himself, because he and Len don't get along at all.  They're in truce now, in order to defeat our slumlady, who would just as soon we were homeless.  But it'll be a relief to have those 2 separated.  After we move on the 18th through the end of May, the only ones Len'll be screaming at will be the stupid jezoid hackers who managed to get his new IP address illegally.  

The packing now continues without the threat of being homeless hanging over our heads.  I have a plan, which is a version of the plan I had moving up here from Cupertino 8 1/2 years ago.  I thought we were going to have to rent a truck for the furniture, but it turns out our friend Walt will consent to taking furniture in his pickup truck.  Stephen was under the impression he wouldn't, but we cleared that up pretty fast by taking it straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak.  

It seems to be more than just an apartment.  It looks like we'll be part of a community.  It looks like a senior community.  I  think we'll be happy here.
