THE DAUGHTER

The Daughter remained in a long slumber and deep sleep!

She was hidden away among the masses of sheep!

The Mother missed her and often would break down and weep!

The Mother sent warriors to the Earth realm; to look everywhere, even in water deep!

There was no trace of The Daughter, after every clean sweep!

So, The Mother continued to cry and  weep,

As the Daughter continued to slumber and sleep!

The Daughter did become awake!

She was still and not a noise did make!

She was certainly hungry and desired a cake!

She got up to look for the kitchen to bake!

The Daughter went out to see,

Where everyone was and how things be!

Masses of people, buildings, and hardly no trees!

Suddenly She stopped as She saw He!

Oh my, the heart did skip a beat by She!

The Daughter had been young and wanted to understand,

That is how She journeyed alone, out into the land!

She walked and walked and thought everything grand!

She listened to the music of a magickal band!

Somehow She feel asleep and last thing She saw was the blue nails on her hand!

The Daughter did learn about the many people and how they may think!

Different from her but they still loved but sometimes changed their ways after consuming much drink.

Not any one of the masses knew or had the mark of The Mink.

He unto The Daughter did come!

He spoke and She wanted to run,

She instead did give him Her ear,

Listened carefully as He spoke clear.

Come with me Daughter, your Mother misses you so dear.

The boat is very close and near.

First we travel in the water and then in the air.

These things, She did hear.

When The Daughter did return Home,

The place She knew and could safely rome!

Familiar building with pyramids and cones!

Training as warriors with skills to be honed!

She all the sudden had a chill to Her bone!

Then The Mother did The Daughter embrace!

Hugging and putting kisses all over her face!

The Daughter just knew she did not disgace--

Had learned about life although asleep in some place.

Is back home is her sacred space!

The Mother did assign He,

To guard and watch over The Daughter, She!

Never leave her alone or let her be!

The Mother asked, Will you watch over her, always please?

He was honoured to be the one,

To watch over She, as she would play and run!

He even played games with her and had fun!

The Daughter was still very young!

He remained steadfast as watch over the The Daughter -true!

He kept to his word as He said he would do!

The Daughter did have birthdays and grew.

He remained steadfast and unto his duty true....

This was the beginning of a love story from the Ones from the Blue!
