Leadership is a long and winding road.
The trip can be lonely even though you may travel with many.
Leadership takes vision because you have to know where you want to go.
Leadership takes action because you have to actually try to get where you want to go.
Leadership takes boldness because people may watch you before they join you.
Leadership takes patience because you have to wait for people to see what you see.
Leadership takes wisdom because you will have to teach those that travel with you.
Leadership takes humility, because you will have to learn from those that travel with you.
Leadership is a long and winding road.
The trip can be lonely even though you may travel with many.
But, Leadership is worth it.
