I find it difficult...

I find it extremely difficult to release some of my energy through my magic..I'm not sure if I'm going about it correctly..I don't have any more experienced witches to talk to about it. I also live in an area where the only Pagan/Wicca churches are exclusive to family witches of which they don't involve outsiders.  I want to be able to ask questions when needed..I need to find more people who share my religion and take it as seriously as I do. My husband has become more aware of my religion and wishes to join me in my practices but doesn't have as much free time to indulge into longer more drawn out rituals(which is what I prefer).

Energy is everywhere, and in and flowing within of all things. Some conduct it better than others, which can be seen in the relative conductivity of metals for example. Energy should be allowed to flow freely, without blockages or diversions, such as in an eletrical circuit ~ Yin-Yang, Male-Female, Goddess-God, .... Therefore, an unblocking of the chakras and regular cleansing and revitalizing routines is recommended by conscious energy workers, such as healers who have learnt how to store and channel and direct the energies which we gather through our deep nasal stomach breathing on a continuous basis. I have found that since I took up Tai Chi a few years ago, the overall benefits to my health and vital energy levels are amazing.
When there are monkeys on my back, I shake them off, when I need an extra boost of energy to overcome a challenge, it's there. Try reading Daniel Reid's book, The Tao of Health, Sex and Longevity for many invaluable guidelines on how to live according to the Old Ways that is, to be in tune with the cycles, currents, energies, elements and powers of the Goddess within and without.
Over some time, regular Tai Chi exercises will gradually increase your energy levels.
There are a number of good videos on You Tube which are ideal for learning Tai Chi properly, the slow, gradual and easy way if you are interested.
I share freely myself, because nothing that can't be shared, hasn't already been. However there is a point where nothing can be shared, even if someone wanted to- that's why it's called Not-Knowing in Taoist, which is true knowledge. It's only those who think they know, that never get any real answers. They aren't genuine in their approach, and wish to learn tricks for self-gain without stopping by to say thank you. When genuine folk know they don't know, and ask, then I am open as a book to share what I don't know with them. And there again, I trust everybody implicitly, because when people show me who they are, I give them the benefit of the doubt and I believe them.
