After going to my favorite get away place for a quick moment in time, I really do like reading about the healing arts and how I might use it to relax and reduce stress. I took my ma and myself for a message and had a little time away from work and other things to gain inner serenity and to celebrate my graduation.... We even saw my ma's youngest sister as well and that did surprise her lots, so we had fun.
