A Midsummer’s Poem
Supreme God of morning, Lord of the light
Goddess of sunrise with beauty and might
Midsummer is breaking with light’s brilliant spark
Great be the day light, small be the dark
With love, honor and devotion we offer our praise
Giving thanks for the warmth of the sun’s gentle rays
On this special solstice with full moon and the sun
All blessings are double all struggles are won
Brightest of Blessings we give thee one and to all
With faith enough to harken to the spirit’s whispered call
Blessed Be!
