Flow

Life is a never ending circle that turns and twists like a meandering river....winding its way slowly through the landscape. Sometime the river runs smooth and calm and other times it runs over rocks and boulders...forcing things floating on its surface to change course.
It can run hard and fast or slow and calm with hidden objects beneath the surface that can catch us by surprise and unawares if we do not pay attention.
To fight against the current is to force yourself to try and swim upstream agaimst the flow......

If we go with the flow, it can be scary, not knowing where it will lead us. It can be exciting as we will go places we have never seen before.
