Put yourself into a comfortable position and relax. Close your eyes.
Now go inside yourself. For some people this is very easy, and they need only shift their consciousness inward. Other people need an image, such as walking through a door, pushing through a barrier, or climbing a staircase with a set number of stairs (10 or 13 is good), to illustrate the transition and assist them in making it. Use whatever technique works best for you to make that shift…
