Leila, none of our animals are for adoption. This is their last home for the rest of their lives. Thor would have been killed and has some issues with how she had been treated. Bein' a sanctuary for special needs and elderly animals, is probably why we don't get many donations. She's been here since 1994. Most don't want animals that will cost them or would be alot of work. We do sponsorships, where someone can sponsor/forster an animal of their choice and I send pictures and updates on it

Boudicca, thats good that you rescue snakes when ya can. We have 10 snakes now from 3ft-15ft,from 4-28 years old, either rescued or owner surrendered. Some have issues when they come, but lose their issues after awile here.

She's so beautiful! Is she available for adoption? and if so, in what areas, I know some people will ship rescue reptiles, but that others feel strongly about adopting them locally and not subjecting them to travel stresses.

Is there a fee for adoptions? and how do interested parties get in touch?

No.. unfortunately, I'm not inquiring for myself, the family wouldn't allow me to rescue a snake at this time I think, but I'd love to help in any way possible in finding any animals you have needing forever homes.

What a beauty!!!  And well done for rescuing her!  I have a rescued corn snake and Beardie....and a dog too ;)
