No yeast dough Pizza

Just regular dough with flour, salt, oil and water. I need it out and leave it for like 30 min. It's a way to make this type of no yeast so that you can make pizza fritters. A fritter is done then fried then prepared and into the oven for 5 min. This was supposed to 2 pizza fritters but I got lazy lol

Thank you Elspeth and yes, I made these two chumpeez! I been making pizza since my early 20s. This is not necessarily New York style but NYC style is my pizza making way.
