holding your hand
quenching the storm within
loving beneath the shimmering leaves
of oak,willow,birch and ash
tinkling laughter from spritely
voices twittering wings
amidst the webs
a coming together
of spirits free
entwining in loving embrace
joined forever beneath the tree.

Gladly would i wander with you
down where the fairies dwell
and live with them, there for a while
letting time pass and fly away
perhaps they may let us stay.
