Daniel & Tami,

Please note that you have got it all wrong. Frustration is not removed by joining any group but by working and understanding the root of the problem. We are ruled by the Law of Karma and we cannot escape the Law. We can accept the problems as medication and not get identified with it or just be heavy knowing that it is a punishment put on us. If we realize this and keep on doing the right action we will certainly be rewarded. Understand that it works like a seed and takes time to germinate and flower- it is not a reaction which happens immediately.
