Lepidolite for use in treating Mood

 

Lepidolite is a mineral of the Mica group, and was originally known by the name Lilalite: from the Hindu word 'Lila' - meaning 'play' - it is a stone that has a long history of being known as a stone that brings peace, joy, and balance.  It has been sometimes referred to as healers as the Peace Stone and also as the Stone of Transition.

 

 

Lepidolite is made up of Mica and Lithium. Lithium is the same mineral salt used in antidepressant medications prescribed for those with Bi-Polar disorder.

 

Lepidolite Crystals have some translucency to them and have a unique vibration.

 

 It's properties help shift disruptive energy patterns and it brings the light of understanding and hope to those utilizing it.

 

Those who work with it say that it is very helpful for alleviating depression and that it brings serenity and a sense of peace. This calming effect can also help with entering relaxation and meditation states which are also good for maintaining healthy mood balance. So utilizing this mineral in conjunction with meditation is very beneficial.

 

It is said to facilitate the emotional release of trapped and repressed emotional states and energetic blockages we may be facing.

Lepidolite is also considered by some to be good for the following:
