Best Foot Forward Spell
Use this spell to create special shoes that reinforce your goals every time you wear them. It's simpleandmdash;just choose a word or sigil to write or draw in the sole of your shoe. You can use essential oil and a cotton swab or brush (if using your finger, be sure to dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil first) or something visible if you'd like a more permanent imageandmdash;a pen or marker, for example. You can even use nail polish. Just consider whether the substance might rub off on your foot or sock. You can put it in both shoes or just one. If just choosing one, select the one that feels right for you.As you visualize, write the word(s) or draw the sigil that represents your goal somewhere inside the shoeandmdash; it can be the bottom or the sides. Use this chant if desired:I am closer to my goal with every step I take.Shield Booster
It can be draining to maintain personal shields for more than an hour or so, let alone a whole workday or during travel. This simple charm will help maintain your shields for however long you need them.You will need a piece of thick paper or cardboard, scissors, and markers. Draw the shape of a medieval combat shield on your paper. The shield should be small enough to fit inside your wallet or pocket.On the front of the shield, draw a thick, black X. You can leave the rest of the shield white or you can color it red. Cut out the shield.Hold the shield in your hand and say:This shield deflects all harm from me. This shield blocks all negativity. This shield averts unwanted energy. Turn the shield over and write your name on the back, saying:As I do will, so must it be. Carry your shield on your person to use it. For this spell of peace, you will need some lavender or chamomile essential oil and a blue or white glass-encased candle. Put a few drops of oil on the top of the candle. Light the candle and allow yourself to relax. Take some deep breaths and focus on the light of the candle. Feel the flame of the candle mirrored in your heart. Allow this energy to flow over and through you. Let the energy of peace from the candle flame move through your body. Visualize or imagine a cloak of peace emanating from you and flowing out and over your room. Spread that peace over your home, town, state, continent, and so on until you can feel a wave of peace covering the planet. Sit in this place of peace and connection for as long as you want. Let the candle burn for as long as you desire. Light the candle again whenever you want to call on the power of peace. Always snuff the candle out when you're finished.Body Pendulum Dowsing

To foster effective communication, we can create a spell jar.You will need a small jar with a lid, such as a pint Mason jar. Find items that represent air and communication. Some herbs, crystals, and oils that can be used include mint, dill, lavender, jasmine, lily of the valley, bergamot, opal, and agate. Arrange the components in the jar and then fill the remainder with the smoke of your favorite incense. When you are sealing the jar, say:As I seal this jar tight, let good communication be the result of this rite.
