All you need is a red pillar candle, something to carve the candle with, a firesafe bowl, and some ice.Carve the person's name into the candle, then put the candle in the center of the bowl. Gentle pack ice around the sides of the candle and place the bowl in the freezer. After an hour, the candle should also be frozen and you can begin the next part of the working.Set the bowl in front of you, say the person's name five times, then light the candle.
