the bird section 

the bird section of the earth/heaven

Philharmonic

practice their parts on my front porch daily

so good to hear

these blues and ballads

from other parts of the sky

this bird of black neath the full moon light

sings of wonders he sees in the night

It would seem a song he sings to me

Would tell what I things my mind should see

I saw him fly off shortly after the song

I was left with a feeling that now I belong

Way up high 

I see you there 

Where you going this fine,  day

Take me with you ,, don't make me stay

Take my mind away  from this ho-hum day

I want out of my solitude ,, to fly off with you

Take me with you forever and a day !

Sounds good to me Rob. I know there are other artists here who could contribute images as well.  The most important thing I think is that all take time to comment and encourage as no one likes being ignored. Yeah, count me in.  marK

                                           black birds standing underneath a full moon,

                                           making music through the light of the moon

                                                  wondering where her mate is under this

                                                  cresent moon.

                                                 alone and still i shall wait

                                                    till sun is up once again

                                                   while i hear the music once

                                                   more in my silent ears.

The bird song
The blind man shuffles along the road
As the bird above begins its warbling song he stops
Listening to the melody he needs no sight
The notes of the song touch his heart directly
Long forgotten memories flood his mind
With tears in his sightless eyes he is thankful
For him this is truley the sound of heavens choir.
