Help Me
I am a person empath , and when I'm around people with a very large load of negative energy I feel a very strong pain in the stomach, nausea and panic I feel like running far away. how can I endure it?

First: make sure your brain agrees to concluding 'it is not your problem'.
Second: Try visialising a seethrough membrane very close around you and then expand it to secure your personal space.
Third: breathe in and out calmly.
Fourth: Think of something nice you can do in a few minutes
Fifth: Leave the bad aura calmly.
