Yes, why do I not buy?

Well, when I receive from Heaven above all those million dollars, I just may.

For one thing, Ashland, in Oregon, is one of the most beautiful places I have visited in my life.

It is a college town, it has a Shakespeare theater that in order to watch one of his plays you have to buy the tickets  two season's in advance, because is so good and because people take the trouble to go there to see those plays.

The actors must be very good, I assume!

I never saw one of his plays there, but I have been in Ashland several times because of its pristine beauty, is a city of roses and of colors and of crisp air and incredible beauty.

But this house, well, this is incredible, for sure...
