(Sigh) I've been living in a box in the city WAY too long. I miss being able to walk outside and see sun setting on water. The urban box syndrome, while not a total excuse, can make for Spiritual disconnect in a lot of folks. Don't have any beautiful nature video but here is a sort of "slide yantra". Be well and thanks for posting this. It helped me to reconnect with the woods I miss so much. marK

Yeah, connecting with nature is such a powerfully... natural, *laugh* experience. It's good to reconnect with all those living things.
