Beloved M

A year passes tomorrow (10th May) since our little sister M left us.  Now she dances through the Temple Halls singing and laughing as she goes.  She dances among the stars.

I posted some pictures that M posted while she was here with us and as I looked through her pictures, looking at the comments we shared, the laughter and fun, I realised how hard it was to choose which ones to re-post for her anniversary.  I tried to pick ones that showed different aspects of her and those here that knew her, will hopefully approve of the ones I chose.

One thing I learned from M was to be myself.  Yes we all go through hardships and find things that can make our hearts heavy, and yet, she would always see the beauty, the love, the best of everything.  She was herself.  She was beautiful and loving and caring and always making sure to pick her words carefully, to make sure they made everyone feel good and uplifted.

She would talk of her beloved daddy, her beautiful family and the things that brought her joy.  It was summed up in the three words - Love, Life, Laughter.

I am honoured and blessed to have had her in my life. When I lost my own sister, M took her place in my heart.

She was my friend, my sister.  I loved her dearly and know she will always be in my heart.

I have since spoken with members of her family who have also honoured me with their compassion and caring.  I must also say something about Heather.  She has spoken with many of us and it is plain to see why M adored Heather and how like M she is.  Heather, thank you sweetie for your friendship.

A year on, I miss you M and will always love you my darling little sister.

Thank you for your words Iglo and I am sure M also valued your friendship too. I agree with you about never knowing the time we have left which is why it is so important we live each day in joy, love and compassion as our dear M did.  She never took anything nor anyone for granted and always put everyone else ahead of her own wishes or needs....a lesson to be learned for us all.  Blessings to you,

I’m so honoured and grateful to have shared in the warmth and love that M brought us all.

M and I had some great chats on Laurel & Hardy and Peter Sellers for classic comedy shows on TCM; tape recording as a shared interest with boxes of old movies. Her dance art and beauty posts were a treasure and peaceful garden to relax by. : ) I miss you always M and keep you close in my heart.

I did get to chat with Heather some months back, and so glad that M had enjoyed my humour as the clown guy lol, back around Hollow’s in October and I was getting some photo-post help for inspiration :o) funny stuff and good times. M was very understanding and accepting of everyone with our variant views and paths; always with a loving light and wisdom that was both grounding and uplifting. M is our guardian angel, watching over us.
