Elaborating on a letter to a member regarding to chakra / kundalini activation

In my belief the most important part of any process to awakening any part of ones self, including the chakras, is through increasing over all self awareness, love, and compassion. Yeah... I know sounds so bunnies and light. Sounds not particularly mystical and kind of like a cop out perhaps to some. But there is also method, in this madness of love, love I am so continually focused on.

The truth is I have found through practical application of the laws of love. Love really is the law.. love under will.

When we truly work on being more aware, accepting, and loving of who we really are and of others, everything else falls naturally into place.

I don't personally view the energetic system in terms of the chakric system, however if we're to use these metaphors, you can see it in terms of love opening the heart chakra in the center and the higher spirit chakra, and with it's mix of oxytocin and other chemicals even frees the pineal gland up from calcification and will open everything with gentle balance. 

There are many such things out there now as activation methods, like videos, or methods or 'keys' for purchase. Rituals, mantras, sound waves... Sure, do them if you find them fun or are drawn to them... but the real key, is love.

If that's not the answer you want, look for fear in yourself.. is a part of you afraid of love... society has taught us to equate love with pain, it has created false models of love, why do you suppose that is. Are there powers that be out there that prefer to keep us in a state of fear than a state of love.

My advice is always, stay out of fear, and move into love. How? Only you can work out your own path for that journey, because you've been the one creating the obstacles on that path.. you're the expert at identifying what you've put in your own way, and overcoming it.

Love is a choice, and so is fear.

Steve, I'm far from expert in this, but with most things I believe the answers are inside, and if we can connect with ourselves on the right level, we can sort it out. You have a block it seems, you're the one who put it there, and you're the one who can remove it. What it's about, connected to, etc... that is what you have to discover. How do you communicate with yourself? thoughts, writing thoughts down, art, seeing images in your head? What are your most effective ways of communicating with yourself around your emotions and your spirit? These are things you need to discover and work on, it will unlock answers all over the place.

Absolutely, love is an electromagnetic, chemical, vibrational, everything kinda reality... it has a profound effect on brain and body chemistry in ways that is detectable and measurable by science, and affects the state of our brain waves and brain activity, and I believe is concrete in ways far beyond that. Love is a force to be reckoned with. *smile*
