You've heard of the Phoenix Rising?

And of her able Captain...

fearless Lord, uncompromising.

Well, sit yerself down, yer scurvy swabs,

and gather round the fire.

Drink up me hearties, and warm yer toes,

whilst I spin a tale of the Cherokee Rose.

That was her name as far as was known,

Half Indian, and half Celt.

Wild in nature and free as the wind,

with a smile upon her that would make a man melt.

Hair the colour of sunshine,

and a side-braid twined with beads.

A pirate lord in her own good right

and known for her pirate deeds.

She could navigate any weather,

no matter the storm or swell,

fearless in the face of death, she'd steer

her ship through the gates of hell

And so, me swabs, as the legend goes,

she troubled the waters,

this Cherokee Rose.

In the good ship Phoenix Rising,

A fearless pirate, a rebel lass,

A Lord, uncompromising.
