Chaos Meditation - Implode/Explode
Find a comfortable spot either lying down or sitting up or even sitting on the floor. As long as it is comfortable for you.
Start to reach deep within til you feel you cannot go any deeper hold it til it wells up and all is contracted. And let it snaps back outward as far as it can reach. Pull it back inside and back out each time getting faster and faster.
Note: It will expel energy that has stagnated and sweeps your system of any astral bug/leeches that some come across. Also a possible side-effect is a rocking motion or vibration feeling during and after for a little bit.
