You're welcome, it's always helpful for me to be reminded of all that I have in my life and to have gratitude for that, when I start to feel sorry for myself or upset about something not going well in my life. When you think of the struggles others have to endure it always helps put ones own life in perspective. People ask how I can be worsening in health, with my wheelchair and mostly bedbound and seem to be getting happier in life instead of more depressed, and it's because as I've lost some of what I had taken forgranted I've learned to appreciate how much I still have and how blessed I am to simply be alive.
