Yes, my departed husband and I e traveled all over the USA and Europe, but also, I have been to Israel and Japan, however I have not been to South America, or to Australia and New Zealand, both of which I want to know, and I want to see more of Canada, and I want to do Greece, as well...

It can be very hot!!  Yes and all summer it rains but the rest of the year almost too dry.  I'm in Port Charlotte and I really like where we're at now. 

I lived in S. California for a few years in Mission Viejo.  We would drive to San Diego all the time :)  In particular we really enjoyed Balboa Park and Coronado Island.  We were weekend warriors and I have explored much of the California coast. 

One of my dearest friends is Cuban :)

I lived in Naples, for six months and I got so badly burned in the Golf of Mexico, that I moved out of there. 

It is a beautiful place, but oh, so hot and it rains so much during the summer..

but I was born in Cuba, thus, I love warm weather, however, California is the place for me, not too hot and not too cold, but from Los Angeles down, I lived there and I am now in the San Diego North county area...

However, I have been all over the USA.

I am from Maryland so I grew up in the cold and snow and now I am in Florida and while the snow is so very beautiful and peaceful I do not miss it! I lived in the pan handle for a year and I didn't even like that because it was so cold. I do not miss slipping and sliding on the ice!  I hated dressing in layers!  I am good with shorts or capris almost all year round!  Patricia aren't you in Florida also?

Oh, you are not the only one, Patricia,  I had enough of cold and snow from living in New York and moved to California, and then I gave it another try and lived in places like Santa Fe, New Mexico and the Blue Ridge of Smokey Mountains in North Carolina, all very beautiful, but very call, and eventually had to move back to Southern California!

But ye, the snow is beautiful and not too cold when it is falling, but then it freezes and all cold hell gets loose.
