Symptoms of COVID-19 The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are a new continuous cough a high temperature shortness of breath If you have these symptoms, however mild, stay at home and do not leave your house for 7 days from when your symptoms started.  If you live with someone who has symptoms, you'll need to self-isolate for 14 days from the day their symptoms started. This is because it can take 14 days for symptoms to appear. You don't need to tell the NHS you're staying at home, and you won't be tested for COVID-19. Only get in touch with the NHS if:   you don't feel better after 7 days your symptoms are getting worse you feel you can't cope with your symptoms at home. You should do this by calling the NHS on phone number 111. Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

we are ok here..it's a rainy day but I may take a walk just to get outside..me and hubby are spending too much time together and we are very different people..enjoy your coffee and walk..i am going to finish my tea and work a bit longer.

Bright greetings Arachnifauna, when I drink coffee I start to relax and enjoy the moment. I have been drawing to so instead of being a caffeine boost.. for now, I can continue my drawing. I am looking forward to get my walking in today since it is beautiful outside. I hope you are doing good

I love the smell of coffee brewing..Although I I drink tea..very rarely will I drink coffee.
