Moon cat I see you there,,,, you've come out tonight

Among the gardens splendor  as the moon  is 

shinning so bright

I've often seen you out walking along spiny branches at twilight

May we have a glimpse of you this splendid summers night

Oh; how I've longed to run my fingers through your silky fur 

Your eyes are as green as are the emerald Isles 

Oh moon cat,,, moon cat,,, won't you come out tonight

There are those of us who long to be your companion

And run with you this night

I have seen your shadow along my window seal at night

Thinking that you have come to converse with me

 Though you have disappear from my sight 

Oh moon cat,,, moon cat,,, won't you come out tonight

I long to be your companion this bright moon-lite night 

Though you are no where in my sight 

You are gone,,,, like stardust in the night.......
