Hi Beverly, I've added some steps to follow that will clear a lot of bugs and problems people encounter on the site. in the support group. It's right on the front page text box, the steps, so easy to find.  Give those a try. I have let ning know we still have members experiencing problems, but it doesn't hurt to let them know yourself as well, their email is also on the group with the steps to follow. Hope this is helpful, it's unfortunately the best I can do.
