I find that rage and anger are so easy to acquire while happiness and serenity must be maintained in order to keep this upper level of synchronicity flowing.
For it is so easy to lose this blissful mode from falling into these "what I call" lower Vibrational levels if the universal flow is slowed down or even stopped by not performing Reiki or other healing techniques.
These lower levels "vibrations" resonate stronger and last longer than the higher levels "vibrations “do. So, when you are in these angered states and behaviors you continue to descend into these unhealthy states and last longer in them. So, your blood pressure shoots up, more hormones are dumped into your blood system, and your body continues to attack itself.
When you work with the chakras your body ascends to a higher vibration thus keeping you in a healthier state of body, mind, and spirit. This blissful state can then exude throughout your entire system but you MUST work "Reiki" to keep up this healthy mode.
Each chakra links our subtle body energy with our physical bodies; each one is responsible for channeling energy into specific organs, endocrine glands and the various body systems. If you continue to work with these healing techniques through Reiki and other healing techniques the lower vibrations brought on through anger, deep frustration and hatred will not last long in this higher state of mind thus maintaining overall health and well-being.
So performing Reiki on a monthly cycle will keep you healthy mentally, physically, psychologically and spiritually. I find also that the more I perform Reiki on my friends the better I feel. When I do not perform Reiki on a regular basis I lose my focus and intent thus not giving my friends the full healing treatment, and that is just WRONG.
