How to Make a Cloth Poppet:

1. Take any type of fabric and cut 2 identical human like shapes.
2. Draw, sew, paint, etc anything meaningful on to the fabric like physical traits, symbols, numbers, letters, or words on the shapes.
3. Sew or draw a heart with the color that represents the spell that you will be doing in the chest area. Like red for love, black for banishing, etc.
4. If wanted you can put a small stone for the heart, first sew the shapes together (the symbols can be sewed inward or outward) but leave it somewhat open to fill up the poppet with wool, paper, cotton, or even herbs stuffing. Fill it up until the chest area, then add the stone.
5. Continue stuffing the doll a bit, if wanted leave some room for personal items or DNA. Herbs can also be added.
6. Lastly continue to sew up the poppet.

Remember poppet magick isn’t just malevolent, it can be used to cure a sick being, but they are frowned upon in many covens and religions.
