If you had a dream where two hawks flew over you, came back, and stopped in front of you, what would you think? For me, I'm fascinated with how they barely move their wings, and are able to glide across the sky. Also, my boyfriend says that where he comes from (Somalia), don't know if it's country wide, or just in the village area he's from, it is said that the first person who sees a hawk is lucky.

Well Hawks certainly are powerful Totem Animals. They often represent illumination; as you mention their ability to glide without effort is symbolic of the SPIRIT free...soaring without effort trusting in the power of the universe. \

possibly....perhpas you need to learn to accept and flow or SOAR with changes both good and bad.
