Yes, well... there are many different approaches.. I'm not multiple, but my husband has taught himself to be, and I don't think he's giving up his any time soon either.. *smile*

Personally in terms of the movement of energy that occurs with release, I believe that there does not need to be any kind of diminishment, one can re-claim and harness that energy.

I've known a number of people who are highly orgasmic and multiply orgasmic and I personally think it's a boon. I think firing that whole orgasmic system is good for body, mind, and soul.

Anything can be either 'positive' or 'negative' depending on context, personal subjectivity, and other factors.

I'm not one that tends to put too much credence in the idea of one correct practice, sexual or otherwise, it is something that must be personally developed. We are too diverse in our being.
