Ways to rid of yourself of a headache and other such things...

The first method is one I like to personally use that works for me and may work for others, take your hands over the painful area and imagine white energy coming out from both hands. The white energy is healing and will go through to the area of pain and release the pain in that particular area..

Second method I have found else where that I find to be very useful is a form of meditation also using white energy but in a more effective way.. Lay down in a comfortable position with your arms at your side.. Proceed to invision and ball of white light at your feet.. Slowly work the ball of light up and down both legs through your torso down and up your arms and finally to your head, this ball of white light as it goes through your body releases all pain and tension.. Now the final step to this method is once it is at your head.. Turn the white ball into gold and release it..

Third method is using water, or water you can imagine that is similar to the second methon in how it releases pain. First imagining the water.. Imagine a waterfall.. The water flows from your head down to your feet, as the water flows all tension and pain releases.. You can do this in the shower and use the physical water to do it. No need to imagine a waterfall with that, just need to imagine it relieving the pain and tension..

Fourth and last method

This method is using pressure points in your hand to relieve headaches... You have a pressure point between your index finger and your thumb, all that is required to do is pinch in that area on both hands for 2 minutes.. You must feel the pinch, otherwise it is not going to work..
