I first saw this photo on http://lingk99.deviantart.com/gallery/#/dj52q6 about a year ago and it immediately caught my eye. In fact it's probably the whole reason I am on this quest today.

At first glance the model looks quite innocent, holding her also innocent looking stuffed MOOGLE:

On her head is the fool's cap with matching outfit and makeup...a blurry sky with puffy clouds suggest that she is somewhere high above ground, with a white bird flying up over her shoulder to emphasize this height....but then you start to notice there's much more going on here.

Some of her outfit is a bit on the "adult" side of fashion (spiked neck collar, exposed stomach, chest, and shoulders), extreme makeup around the mouth and eyes, almost gothic in flare. Her thoughts seem to be elsewhere too...maybe of times almost forgotten of her youth ...more simpler times when she had stuffed animals accompany her at bedtime.

Is she sad ?..She doesn't seem to be...just focused...maybe on what's "inside" her stuffed animal "backpack" (the kind with the zipper hidden around the other side).

What could she be picturing in there? A Wand ? Pentacle ? Sword ? Cup ?...YES !! Her tools that she holds precious and close to her heart. She will begin the journey as she has done countless times before using these tools with a child-like innocence and energy. All she has to do is remember that energy...hold her Moogle friend tight...and take that first step to a new adventure...

...just make sure Ms. Fool where you put those feet...you don't want to fall from this height all at once ! Take your time and enjoy the scenic route down...and have a cookie from your backpack friend while you travel...it's your favorite chocolate chip !!!
