1) DO SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL EACH DAY.
People need to create. God is creative and we have a part of the God spark inside of us.

This spark is expansive in nature and likes to express itself. Even the act of phoning a friend and asking about their welfare is a creative act. It costs you nothing to be kind to others.

2) PRAY FOR PEACE.
Peace is a state worth working towards. Prayer creates positive energy. Pray for the wellbeing of others. It makes good energy, you feel light, and the good vibes reach the one you pray for.

I pray everyday and it is an essential part of my daily practice.

3) OPEN THE HEART.
Lets face it the heart of modern society is closed. The world is a cold and cruel place.

But when folks open the heart things become more warm. Open hearts have more energy and life force than closed ones. Open hearts are vulnerable and giving. They can also sense energy better and this is the doorway to intuition and empathy.
