remote viewing technique

Have a pencil and paper handy so you can take notes about the target.

Memorize the target's identifier (auhn).

First time I succeeded in writing a Journal.

Through the years I had been struggling to keep a Journal the whole year round without abandoning it in February. At the end of 2016 I found in a social network a friend with the same problem.
