Pumpkin Roll Filling

½ half stick of soft oleo

1 large of Philadelphia cream cheese

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 cup of powder of sugar

Now beat until fluffy

Unroll then spread on dry top of roll

Pumpkin Roll fresh makes 4 rolls

7 cut cloves with fingers = pumpkin spice

3 eggs – beat for 10 minutes, then blend altogether

2/3rd’s of pumpkin can

3/4th cup of flour

1 cup of sugar

½ tsp. of salt

Add 1 tsp. lemon juice

 

1 tsp. of baking soda

½ tsp. curcumin or ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Bake -  when done make sure it feels kind of dry

Grease cookie sheet and put wax paper on top and grease again

Pour better in pan and spread it out

Bake it at 375 degrees for 15 minutes (no kore or less).

Lay a dish town down and spread and sprinkle with powdered sugar, flip pan and let cake fill onto the towel

Remove wax paper from cake and powdered sugar the cake.

Roll slowly cake into the dish towel

Let cake and spread with filling.

 

Filling (1 roll)                                                                                     Mix all together

spread on cake roll                                                                       “

1 8 oz. Philadelphia cheese                                                        “
1 tsp. of vanilla                                                                                “

1 cup powdered sugar                                                                “

½ stick of oleo beat until fluffy unrolled pumpkin roll

Spread on filling.

A little early in the season for this but:

My Mum’s Pumpkin Roll Recipe             

   375 degrees watch your oven to make sure that your oven is the correct setting so you don’t overcook them.

Bake minutes 12 – 15 or less.

3 large eggs, beat with mixer for 15 minutes.

Then add 1 cup of sugar reg.

2/3rds cup pumpkin

3/4th’s cup of flour

½ tsp. of salt

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. of baking soda

½ tsp. cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg cloves and ½ tsp. of ginger

But: the tsp. of pumpkin specie is better

are you vegetarian or vegan, Arahnifana?

I was raised vegetarian, but not vegan, we were given milk and eggs, however, I can not now eat either...
