The Triple Goddess

This is a group to honour the Great Goddess in all of Her many aspects, and by myriad Names, as Maiden, Mother and Crone.

To reconnect with the Divine Feminine - the Goddess archetype and Her three faces, is vitally important in order to restore the essential Balance that humankind has been struggling without for the last couple of thousand years.

Goddess Chant - Isis, Astarte, Diana, Hekate, Demeter, Kali, Inanna... The Triple Goddess welcomes you!

"Trying to understand the archetypal image of the Goddess can be the work of a lifetime. When one realizes that She is both a single archetypal Entity and also a trinity of aspects, the understanding becomes more complex. Complex, but clearer in many ways and more comprehensive. For the Goddess is everything to all of Her creations, and especially to both women and men.

She is the beginning and the ending and everything in between"

Kali teaches diminishing of the false outer Ego, and the replacing of all that, with Self-Knowledge.

Kali wears the garland of skulls to symbolise the letters of the sacred Sanskrit alphabet, each representing layers of esoteric knowledge and learning of Cosmic Truths which may translate into Wisdom, if applied, just as the letters in the Hebrew Alphabet. Each letter has a numerological value attached to it, which in turn relates to a myriad of correspondences.

Saraswati is the Goddess of Learning.

The sacred Gunas, or threads of Wisdom that run through a person or being's life, are those of Creation, Preservation, and Destruction; and are White, Red and Black.

The colour White corresponds to the Maiden, Red to the Mother, and Black, to the Crone Goddess of Wisdom.

It is said the Knowledge, through Experience, becomes Wisdom. This Cosmic Truth can, of course, be applied to any life process, with Change as the only constant dynamic in an ocean of Love.

Blessed be )O(

It is customary in Hindu cultures when accidentally touching a book, or literature, with one's foot, or when touching another person's leg with the foot, to make a gesture of apology by touching the object and then oneself on the forehead or chest, with the fingertips. This also applies to money.

Both literature and money are considered manifestations of the Goddess Saraswati, and Goddess Lakshmi, respectively.

All Goddesses are aspects of Kali-Ma, the Great Goddess in many Traditions.

Kali is shown with an outstretched tongue, to symbolise prosperity and abundance in all forms to devotees (rain blessings), and is often portrayed with white fangs. Much like the tusks of Medusa in some manifestations, the teeth are white to symbolise spiritual purity, and pointed as the tip of the blade of Truth and Justice.

Kali ~ Ma is the all-consumer, even consuming Time, Maha-Kali, or Shiva, Himself and thus becoming as One, the Perfect Androgyne and Yin-Yang of the Universe.

Kali-Ma thus embodies the Creative-Destructive forces of Nature. Everything is consumed as if by a Vortex or Black Hole ~ the Dark Mother of the Dark Fluid which makes up over 80% of the Cosmos and mysteriously binds everything together ~ the infinity of the Cosmos, which is created and destroyed in an endless Cycle  ` and manifesting as as Kali, the Goddess who protects her devotees as a Tigress protects her cubs... shows one the meaning of true Love and beckons to the rapture of the Infinite...

Jai Kali~ Ma! Hail the Dark Goddess ~ The Creatrix of Infinite Worlds, and Mother of All

Saraswati is the Goddess of Music, Prose and Poetry, and teaches, among many other things, that external, prideful and false-Ego actions and behaviour are actually of no value, and may cause a river to become turbid and rough flowing.

Saraswati is a river Goddess, and well, all rivers flow into the sea...

"May Goddess Saraswati, who is fair like the jasmine-colored moon, and whose pure white garland is like frosty dew drops, who is adorned in radiant white attire, on whose beautiful arm rests the veena, and whose throne is a white lotus, who is surrounded and respected by the Gods, protect me. May you fully remove my lethargy, sluggishness, and ignorance.
